How it works
We encourage all travel nurses and clinicians to review our open assignments based on skill-set and desired locations. When an opportunity catches your eye, we encourage you to begin the application process.
Once we receive an application, we assign a Scrubjay recruiter to guide all applicants through the hiring process. Together, we discuss what is important to you. Conversations with your team members include location, salary, and compensation packages.
Because we work closely with hospitals in the Scrubjay Network, we know the ins and outs of the systems and can help you navigate the waters.
When it’s a match
Once a Scrubjay recruiter ensures your qualifications are met, we look to match years of experience, specialty experience, and location preference to give you the best possible assignment. Before any of our nurses start, we guide them through credentialing and a competency assessment.
After we match you with the perfect assignment, your Scrubjay team conducts job onboarding and hospital orientation to ensure you know exactly what to expect. When you work with Scrubjay, you are never alone.
